Jason Valdez

Founder

A Houston native, University of Houston-Downtown graduate and long-time East End resident, Jason began his career in advertising, working for one of the top marketing agencies in the country. An ad exec for Fortune 50 clients by day, Jason found time on nights and weekends to cultivate his love for residential remodeling and construction, starting with his first home in 2005. By 2009, Jason’s hobby had attracted enough interest from prospective clients that he made the professional shift to restoring and expanding turn of the century bungalows full-time, in addition to building new construction homes. With over 15 years of building and design experience, Jason’s attention to detail and drive to deliver the perfect product has helped shape Madison Homes into a company relentlessly focused on delivering craftsmanship, and one that is quickly making its mark on Houston’s East End.

Walden Valdez

Project Manager

A University of Houston graduate, Walden began his career as a service manager in the automotive industry, where he fine-tuned his talent for coordinating complex customer solutions under tight timelines. In 2017, he joined Madison Homes to apply those skills to project management for the firm. Walden liaises with Madison’s suppliers and clients alike to ensure the firm is responsive, flexible, and exceeds expectations on every project.

Shae Cobb Williams

Business Manager

Shae’s career has spanned positions working for corporate clients including Nike and Reebok, as well as a stint in New York City managing musical artists for a top record label. His experience across diverse industries offered Shae exposure to varied business management styles, and his drive to implement best practices in pursuit of the firm’s—and its clients’—goals are what made him a fit for Madison Homes. Shae oversees day-to-day operations, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit and creative perspective to every challenge.
